{"id":2187,"date":"2025-11-02T15:35:30","date_gmt":"2025-11-02T14:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/franckosswald.com\/?p=2187"},"modified":"2025-11-02T15:35:30","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T14:35:30","slug":"arret-du-tabac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/franckosswald.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/02\/arret-du-tabac\/","title":{"rendered":"Arr\u00eat du tabac"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"790\">\ud83d\udead L\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne et la PNL : une approche efficace et humaine pour arr\u00eater de fumer<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"1023\">Arr\u00eater de fumer, ce n\u2019est pas seulement se d\u00e9barrasser d\u2019une habitude.<br data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"866\" \/>C\u2019est souvent <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"913\">une transformation int\u00e9rieure<\/strong> : apprendre \u00e0 respirer diff\u00e9remment, \u00e0 vivre sans d\u00e9pendance, \u00e0 se lib\u00e9rer de r\u00e9flexes profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1462\">Depuis plus de vingt ans, j\u2019accompagne des personnes dans ce changement \u00e0 travers <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1134\">l\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1183\">la PNL (Programmation Neuro-Linguistique)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1187\" \/>Ces deux approches, compl\u00e9mentaires et profond\u00e9ment humaines, permettent de <strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1313\">retrouver la libert\u00e9 sans lutte ni frustration<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1317\" \/>Et lorsque c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, j\u2019ajoute parfois une touche d\u2019<strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1414\">EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)<\/strong> pour lib\u00e9rer certaines \u00e9motions persistantes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1536\">Chaque accompagnement est unique, car <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1533\">chaque personne l\u2019est aussi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1611\">\ud83e\udde0 L\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne : parler le langage de l\u2019inconscient<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1836\">Contrairement \u00e0 certaines id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, l\u2019hypnose ne consiste pas \u00e0 \u201cdormir\u201d.<br data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1693\" \/>C\u2019est un <strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1733\">\u00e9tat de conscience modifi\u00e9e<\/strong> dans lequel l\u2019esprit devient plus r\u00e9ceptif aux suggestions positives et aux nouveaux apprentissages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"2172\">L\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne, issue des travaux de Milton Erickson, s\u2019appuie sur la <strong data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1969\">souplesse, le respect du rythme et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"1973\" \/>On ne \u201csupprime\u201d pas la cigarette : on <strong data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2040\">fait \u00e9voluer la relation<\/strong> que la personne entretient avec elle.<br data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2081\" \/>Ainsi, l\u2019arr\u00eat du tabac devient un <strong data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2148\">changement int\u00e9rieur naturel<\/strong>, plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un combat.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2206\">\ud83d\udcac Une histoire vraie<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2475\">Un jour, une dame \u00e2g\u00e9e vient me voir pour arr\u00eater de fumer.<br data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2270\" \/>Nous faisons une s\u00e9ance d\u2019hypnose. Elle repart sereine, sans attente particuli\u00e8re.<br data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2355\" \/>Quelques jours plus tard, elle me rappelle pour une deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance.<br data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2426\" \/>Avant de fixer le rendez-vous, je lui demande :<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2541\">\n<p data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2541\">\u201cEst-ce qu\u2019il y a eu du changement depuis la premi\u00e8re fois ?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2583\">Un long silence\u2026 puis elle me r\u00e9pond :<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2669\">\n<p data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2669\">\u201cJe ne m\u2019en \u00e9tais m\u00eame pas rendu compte, mais je n\u2019ai pas fum\u00e9 depuis la s\u00e9ance.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2777\">Quelques mois plus tard, elle revient pour un tout autre sujet \u2014 et <strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2774\">n\u2019a toujours pas envie de fumer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2912\">C\u2019est exactement ce que j\u2019aime dans cette approche : les changements sont <strong data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2909\">profonds, naturels, et souvent sans effort conscient<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2980\">\ud83e\udde9 La PNL : remettre du choix l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il n\u2019y en avait plus<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2982\" data-end=\"3201\">La PNL est un outil pr\u00e9cieux dans le sevrage tabagique.<br data-start=\"3037\" data-end=\"3040\" \/>Elle permet d\u2019identifier et de modifier les <strong data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3113\">d\u00e9clencheurs inconscients<\/strong> : le caf\u00e9 du matin, la pause au travail, une \u00e9motion, un lieu, une situation sociale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3423\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des techniques de recadrage et de visualisation, la PNL aide la personne \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3332\">reprendre le contr\u00f4le de ses comportements<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3333\" data-end=\"3336\" \/>Le fumeur n\u2019est plus prisonnier d\u2019un r\u00e9flexe : il retrouve <strong data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3420\">le pouvoir de choisir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3476\">\ud83d\udca8 Une approche globale, douce et ajust\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3478\" data-end=\"3681\">Il arrive souvent qu\u2019une personne me consulte pour arr\u00eater de fumer et, au fil de la discussion, mentionne d\u2019autres difficult\u00e9s :<br data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3610\" \/>un stress persistant, une insomnie, une peur, un manque de confiance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3683\" data-end=\"3875\">Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, mon accompagnement <strong data-start=\"3719\" data-end=\"3763\">englobe l\u2019ensemble de ces probl\u00e9matiques<\/strong> avec douceur et respect.<br data-start=\"3788\" data-end=\"3791\" \/>Car la cigarette n\u2019est souvent que <strong data-start=\"3826\" data-end=\"3872\">la partie visible d\u2019un besoin plus profond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"4068\">L\u2019hypnose et la PNL permettent de <strong data-start=\"3911\" data-end=\"3955\">travailler sur la racine du comportement<\/strong>, tandis que l\u2019EFT vient en <strong data-start=\"3983\" data-end=\"4003\">soutien ponctuel<\/strong>, pour apaiser les \u00e9motions qui freinent parfois le changement.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4138\">\ud83d\udd2c L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 prouv\u00e9e de l\u2019hypnose pour arr\u00eater de fumer<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4140\" data-end=\"4223\">Les \u00e9tudes scientifiques confirment ce que je constate chaque data-end=\"4267\">revue syst\u00e9matique (PubMed, 2023)<\/strong> indique que <strong data-start=\"4280\" data-end=\"4299\">66 % des \u00e9tudes<\/strong> montrent un effet positif de l\u2019hypnose sur l\u2019arr\u00eat du tabac.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4363\" data-end=\"4493\">\n<p data-start=\"4365\" data-end=\"4493\">Une <strong data-start=\"4369\" data-end=\"4392\">m\u00e9ta-analyse (2022)<\/strong> conclut que l\u2019hypnose <strong data-start=\"4415\" data-end=\"4469\">augmente significativement les chances de r\u00e9ussite<\/strong> du sevrage tabagique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4494\" data-end=\"4646\">\n<p data-start=\"4496\" data-end=\"4646\">Une <strong data-start=\"4500\" data-end=\"4525\">\u00e9tude clinique (2008)<\/strong> a observ\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"4536\" data-end=\"4570\">26 % d\u2019abstinents apr\u00e8s 6 mois<\/strong> avec l\u2019hypnose, contre 18 % avec un simple accompagnement comportemental.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4648\" data-end=\"4771\">Ces chiffres confirment que l\u2019hypnose, lorsqu\u2019elle est <strong data-start=\"4703\" data-end=\"4737\">personnalis\u00e9e et bien conduite<\/strong>, favorise une r\u00e9ussite durable.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4778\" data-end=\"4795\">\ud83c\udf3f En r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4797\" data-end=\"5182\">\n<li data-start=\"4797\" data-end=\"4897\">\n<p data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4897\">\ud83c\udf00 L\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne agit sur les <strong data-start=\"4839\" data-end=\"4868\">automatismes inconscients<\/strong> et data-end=\"5314\">renaissance \u00e0 soi<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5318\" \/>En combinant l\u2019hypnose Ericksonienne et la PNL, il devient possible de <strong data-start=\"5389\"
